FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• Can I pick my seating location?
We expect seating availability to be limited for this performance.
Because of this, you and your party will be seated in the best
available location reserved for ARTS San Antonio patrons on a
first-come, best-seating basis as determined by ARTS San
Antonio’s ticketing staff. Your exact location will not be known
until our staff processes orders according to the priorities below.
• How will seating location be assigned?
Best-seat location priority will be assigned by becoming a sponsor
of the YO-YO MA concert, being a current subscriber, purchasing a
subscription, or making a charitable donation at the time of your
purchase of YO-YO MA tickets. All contributions will be matched by
the Russell Hill Rogers Fund for the Arts.
• When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets will be mailed in January.
Tickets will be processed in January and mailed via First Class USPS unless there is five business days or less between your order and the performance date, in which case your tickets will be held for you at the theatre box office beginning two hours before your performance.

Seating assignments are completed by ARTS San Antonio ticketing staff on a first-come, first-served basis based on the time stamp when your order is received. The seating locations available to patrons who purchase tickets from ARTS San Antonio will be superior to those on the Tickemaster system. If you purchase tickets from the Ticketmaster system, you may be required to pay additional convenience and handling charges. All special instructions are taken into consideration for every ticket order.
ADA seating is available for all ARTS San Antonio performances at all venues and can be viewed on all seating charts. To reserve ADA seats, or for additional information please call 210-226-2891.
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
